As a photographer we get to meet a lot of awesome people. You walk into their lives for a moment and leave a small mark on them. However, when I actually get to take pictures of people I daily walk through life with it is a different kind of honor. There is a different level of emotion that goes into the whole process. For me this session was one my heart was overjoyed to be apart of. One year ago I got the text from my best friend that she was having her baby, and later that day I took some sweet newborn pictures. Then I blinked my eyes and I was taking her first birthday pictures.
Emmalyn you are silly and spunky, you are beautiful and sweet and I can not believe you are already one years old! I am excited to continue to see you grow and love on you more and more each year you get older. Aunty Angela loves you, sweet girl!
